I'm starting to redo my kitchen a little. Trying to figure out where to put everything. We are packed full at the moment. Luckily we don't have a pantry....not. We have a 12 inch wide cabinet that goes from the floor to ceiling that acts as a pantry. That doesn't keep a lot of food....and things get lost in the back aaaalll the time and pretty much the top two shelves might as well not even exist since I can't reach them anyway.
So, with all this 'organization' I started to label everything. I didn't realize what a difference it makes, but it does. I mean its obvious what half the stuff is, but its soo fun to make things pretty :) and it is a great way to introduce accent colors :)
I created these labels for my bathroom containers. My accent colors were blues so they tied the things on the counter in with the rest of the room perfectly.
As for the containers...I got them at hobby lobby for about $2 or $3 each. I love the sleek design.
I used the obvious labels for cottonballs and q-tips but didn't quite know what to call the stuff in the 'samples' jar. It has little liquid soaps and conditioners and shampoos...in sample sizes :) So, samples is the name it got. lol.
I designed these to be easy to cut out but still have a fun little shape and definition. You can download the full resolution copy right here:
There are six different ones: Cottonballs, q-tips, samples, bath salt, lotion, soap. Hope you enjoy them! To print, just print using a piece of sticker paper. You can get them anywhere, its a full single sheet of paper that's sticky. Once you print them, cut them out and adhere to the jar! Easy peasy. They come off pretty easily too. At least they did for me :)
Updated: Here are a few extra labels that you all requested: Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath Scrub and Mist! If you would like a few more, let me know in the comments :)

Next step is the labels for the kitchen! They are already created :) Now to just find a place to put some open storage.
This is for private non-commercial use only.
Thanks for the lovely labels. Is there some way to change the color, though? I don't have blue in my bathroom.

Also, you mentioned having printable kitchen labels. How would I access those? Thanks. Cashel1916@yahoo.com

ReplyDeleteTotally cute! I love this look - even though, like you said, its obvious what's in the jar. Makes them more decorative :)
