Here's a throwback from two years ago...I guess a Thursday throwback :) (click here for original post) I'm slowly going throw my spring decor and found these beauts :) This is a super easy project that will transform any boring plastic Easter egg either with jute, paint, or chalkboard spray paint.
Here they are with some jute. Just get yourself some jute. Hot glue a spot on the bottom of the egg, place the end of the jute on there, and then circle the jute around the egg to the top. Place some hot glue periodically as you go to make it hold.
This is what they were before -on clearance I believe....very cheap :)...and well, very ugly lol.
On these ones, I just spraypainted them with some chalkboard paint:
The other eggs in the cloche with the jute eggs were just painted with some bronze-ish craft paint. Don't mind my awesome happy Easter sign :) lol
Now maybe I'll get my butt into gear and create some new Easter crafts :) Although I love going through storage and finding stuff like this...it's a good surprise lol.

That looks hard to make and also looks superb.
