So, what did you think? I think while walking through it, it was just a lot of color and pattern compacted into a small area; so, it was a bit overwhelming...even though it was 5300 square feet :)

Well.....there are rooms that I like. All in all I agree with you, too much redness and pattern. But I must say: the wallpaper in the guest bathroom knocked me off. OMG. But to each his own, right?
ReplyDeletelol. This by far the most bold house I have yet to see. Usually they keep it somewhat neutral that most tastes would like. But zebras? hmmm... :)
DeleteI have to agree with you. The decorating in this house is so bold, I can't focus on the structure. It would not make me inclined to purchase this house. I do like the more subdued bathroom with the champagne and pink/peach colors.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same thing about that bathroom. I really like it. Definitely doesn't fit with the rest of the house, does it?
DeleteYes, I agree with you also, and that paper !!!!!!!!!....talk about 'what were they thinking'...lol...but again, it's a personal thing, shame as it could be so beautiful, it wouldn't put me off it was a house I wanted...thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteSome nice design elements...if you can get past the decor/colors. Not one of my favorites, but we all don't have the same style/tastes so I'm sure this will appeal to someone.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad to see the toilet seats are closed this time!
ReplyDeleteThough this is far from my favorite, I am certain the style will appeal to others.
lol. I'm not sure I have ever noticed the seats being opened or closed for that matter :) I'll have to check next time I take pictures of bathrooms...far less appealing with them opened, for sure.
DeleteAbsolutely love it..... many one too many zebra's -- ha.... but there is color and neutral tones that are complimentary..... awesome! Will steal some of these ideas!
ReplyDeleteHoly Zebras!!! I liked most of it (although not my taste) but that bathroom would give me nightmares!!! I always enjoy looking at all the homes you share. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteAs I said, those zebras were burnt into my mind and that's why I didn't like the house lol. All I kept remembering was zebras dancing across the bathroom. Talk about nightmares ;)
