Model Home Monday

I'm so excited to start this series again! It was so much fun showing off all these model homes last year and I'm so happy to bring it back. I have model homes popping up all over our area again; there's really like 2 or 3 in every square mile around here. So, I hope you enjoy!

I decided to start the series out with this beautiful home. The attention to detail in this is just by far my favorite so far. It's stunning!

Here's the living room:

 The living room opens up to the kitchen and dining space:

 The kitchen looks all white, but is hiding a little secret :)

 The lowers are stain dark brown. I LOVE this. Seriously.

 I'm not sure how long this would be in style, but the brown and white contrast to me is just perfect. It's like my husband could be happy with the bottom half of the kitchen, I would be happy with the top :)

 I love how deep this island is; it's huge!

 Here's the dining room. I love that it has it's own little bump out rather than being in line with the kitchen and dining room. It makes it feel like it's own space yet still be open concept.

This model of course had a laundry room and extra bathroom but weren't really decorated so I didn't include them :) Small house, but full of character and beauty! I want this kitchen so bad!!
