I can't let this season go by without sharing more glimpses of my Christmas home with you. My entryway is often one forgotten here on the blog, yet it is the first thing people see when coming into my home. Although it's a tight space, I make the best of it!
I have slowly been growing a collection of gold or gilded mirrors and frames and thought this wall below my staircase was a perfect place to display them for the season. All of these frames have been thrifted believe it or not! Below the frames and mirror I placed more vintage items and created a little winter wonderland with white houses and bottle brush Christmas trees. This light is truly my favorite and comes on with touch. It has three settings to create the perfect amount of light. I thrifted this as well for just a dollar! I have tried to find similar one to link for you but can't. I did find a bigger one of these lamps a few months ago at the thrift store, and sadly passed it up. Not sure what I was thinking!
The ironstone jars are a purchase from England. They hold keys and change usually, but for Christmas I added the trees to them. These old stoneware jugs are some favorites I have found at some local vintage antique shops. They go for a pretty penny usually, but are deeply discounted if they have fixed cracks are are missing chunks...so I go for those ones :)
Find similar mirrors here. And for the frames? Best place is a thrift store! Seriously :)
Up next will be my master bathroom. This is another fun area in my home that gets a little bit of that Christmas spirit!
